
What’s the best yoga and pilates at home video for beginners?I want to get started doing some yoga and pilates in my home and I want to know your opinion on what videos are the best for beginners. I would like videos that are more focused on muscle harmonizing and shaping very than weight loss as I am 5’8″ and only 110 lbs so no need to lose any more weight!!
